ICE HAZARD

the stormwater drainage swale between 300 & 302 cardinal glen circle carries several acres' and 4-5 roofs' precipitation (although not common ground parcel F's), which all goes over the sidewalk on its way over/thru the curb to the vdot gutter collectorbox.

the flow over the last 35 years has noticably eroded the sidwalk, which is exacerbated by the large quantities of deicer the homeowners has applied to combat the icing hazard the situation creates.

the solution is to capture the runoff with a collectorbox on the inside of the sidewalk at the mouth of the swale, draining the box to the adjecent gutter collectorbox.
