ART SHOW AND RECEPTION AT LOVING ARMS

The longest running Art Show by Lalo artists is now on view at Loving Arms, an assisted living facility in Warren County, Virginia. Approximately 40 pieces of art, mostly paintings, but also a few photographs will be on view at this retirement community through the July 4th Holiday. Except for the Galleries in Front Royal at JENNerations Hair Studio and in Luray, Virginia at the Gallery at the Warehouse, the Art Show at Loving Arms is the longest running external (outside of Lalo) exhibition of Lalo Artists. A reception was held during the evening of June 15, 2016, (Family Night) at Loving Arms. While artwork and Lalo artists were featured, a wonderful array of hot and cold hors d’oevres greeted Reception Attendees. Also present, in addition to Chair Bryane, President Chips and Vice President Jenn of Lalo, Inc., were member artists, Lalo staff, people invited by Loving Arms, and family and residents of the facility. The show was put up with the support of Tara Barnes and the supportive staff of Loving Arms and the good efforts of Lalo Director and Vice President Walt Mabe and Taffy Mabe. They were assisted by Kandi Stokes from Lalo. After the Reception, some artwork was moved from the beautiful upstairs dining room of the facility to the hallways by Jennifer Nicholson and Kandi of the Lalo staff. Bryane Lickson greeted those present and gave a little talk about the reason for being for Lalo (Let Art Live On). The Art Show is open to the residents, visitors and families of Loving Arms through the July 4th Holiday.
